Sidemen-specific prizes are provided by Sidemen Entertainment. There are 506 redemption cards.
2. How to redeem a redemption card: redemption cards can only be redeemed for a prize by visiting www.sidecards.com. Finders must visit the site, click on “redeem”, enter their contact information and most importantly, the winning code from the card (as printed). Each redemption card can only be used once. All redemption cards must be verified in person by the Promoter, so entrants must hang onto the original.
3. Contact: Promoter will contact those redemption claimants within a reasonable period after their submission to provide further details of the redemption prize they are eligible for.
4. Claim limits: claimants of redemption card awards must be aged 18 years or over, with aresidential address, except directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, members of the immediate families or households of the aforementioned, of the Promoter, the Promoter’s group of companies, or any other person or entity connected with this Promotion. To redeem a redemption card, claimants must have internet access, mobile phone number and email address. Entrants outside of Europe: some redemptions may not be available outside of Europe (1 x trip for two people to re-live a Sidemen holiday (max. value £1,000), 1 x trip for two people to re-live a Sidemen holiday (max. value £3000) and 1 x “Sidemen Sunday” experience), and as such cash alternative may be offered. Entrants confirm that all information submitted by them in respect of this redemption offer is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge. Entrants are responsible for fulfilling the conditions of participation of this redemption offer. Persons whose legal capacity is limited or who are deprived of legal capacity must be represented by a legal representative. Promoter shall be entitled to verify age of claimants by asking for proof of identity and date of birth. Promoter shall be entitled not to award redemption to any winner who cannot prove they are over 18 years of age.
5. Redemption items are provided as is and are non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered(other than potentially in exchange for the holiday and/or Sidemen Sunday experience, see above). If Promoter is unable to award the redemption items as stated for any reason, Promoter may substitute items for others of reasonable equivalent value (at Promoter’s discretion).
6. Re-live a Sidemen holiday (max. value £1,000): travel for claimant and one guest from the UK with a short hotel stay, including activities arranged by Sidemen Entertainment. Travel insurance is not included and must be taken out by claimant and guest. Maximum value £1,000. Trip must be claimed by 14 November 2024 and taken no later than 14 November 2025. Cash alternative £1,000 (at Promoter’s discretion).
7. Re-live a Sidemen holiday (max. value £3,000): travel for claimant and one guest from the UK with a short hotel stay, including activities arranged by Sidemen Entertainment. Travel insurance is not included and must be taken out by claimant and guest. Trip must be claimed by 14 November 2024 and taken no later than 14 November 2025. Maximum value £3,000. Cash alternative £3,000 (at Promoter’s discretion).
8. Sidemen Sunday experience: travel to and from a Sidemen Sunday shoot included for claimant and one guest from the UK, two nights hotel accommodation, meals at the shoot and attendance at the Sidemen Sunday shoot (which for the avoidance of doubt, takes place Mondays to Fridays). Due to the nature of the activity, this may be cancelled or relocated at the last minute. No compensation payable for such circumstances arising. Trip must be claimed and used by 14 November 2024. Travel insurance is not included and must be taken out by claimant and guest. Cash alternative £2,000 (at Promoter’s discretion).
9. Video messages: will be delivered within six (6) months of redemption. Promoter and Sidemen will use best efforts to ensure all members of Sidemen are present but in some circumstances, fewer than 7 members will appear.

11. Sidemen clothing vouchers: Sidemen clothing terms and conditions apply. See https://sidemenclothing.com for details. Exclusive merchandise purchased with the voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged. No transfer of vouchers permitted.
12. The Promoter/Sidemen shall not be responsible for any local tax obligations on claimants in relation to this Promotion or the redemption items claimed. The Promoter/Sidemen does not reimburse the entrants for any costs, nor does it fulfil any tax obligations incurred by entrants for participation or in connection with this Promotion.
13. The Promoter will be responsible for the delivery of the redemption items and all correspondence relating to same should be addressed directly to Promoter at the address at the bottom of these Terms & Conditions.
14. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for redemption attempts that are late, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, hardware or software failure of any kind, mistypes or any other reason, or proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Promotion.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to update, or otherwise change the terms and conditions at any time, from time to time, or terminate the promotion at any time, and without notice. The Promoter will not award the redemption items if the promotion is terminated. By entering this Promotion,entrants accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant for failure to adhere to these rules. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
16. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either an entrant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase the entrant’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants will be disqualified, and any redemption item entitlement will be void.
17. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the decline to provide the redemption item.
18. Publicity. By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they have redeemed a redemption card, their surname and county may be disclosed where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.
19. Liability. Neither the Promoter nor Sidemen Entertainment make any representation or warranty in relation to any redemption item provided. Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, both the Promoter and Sidemen Entertainment hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or redemption winner in connection with or arising out of this Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes items, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude either the Promoter’s or Sidemen Entertainment’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the Promoter’s or Sidemen Entertainment’s’ negligence or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. For all matters which can be limited by law, Sidemen Entertainment’s and the Promoter’s maximum liability per redemption claimantshall be £1000. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph shall also apply in respect of any item provided by a third-party provider.
20. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
21. All of the Promoter’s decisions relating to the redemption of cards are final. No discussion or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into. There is no right of appeal.

The Promoter will need to process and share personal data with our partners (including the Sidemen)in order to operate this Promotion, and you may need to provide further personal data to them for fulfilment purposes. 23. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the England, and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this Promotion.
